Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Return/Replacement Policy:
To be eligible for a return/replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase and picture of damage. This info can be submitted to support@uniquedivajewels.com
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error do not qualify for a replacement or exchange. There are NO refunds but store credit will be issued.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery does not qualify for exchange/replacement or store credit.
